No, our product is moisture resistant & water-proof. It is designed to go in a bathroom setting: It is not MDF product (MDF is NOT suitable for bathroom environment).
MDF Frames have paper foil finish. That is not suitable for bathroom mirrors. When frame are applied properly per the directions, this is a non-issue.

That is a not an issue. If there is no clearance, then the outside perimeter of the frame will be exactly the outside perimeter of the mirror. It's very easy to install, we will send instructions on how to apply the frame on the mirror. Installation should take between 5-10 minutes. We ship all over the country and rarely has anyone had issues installing the frames. It's self-explanatory!

Frame Order Lead Time: All Frames are custom made usually taking 7-10 business days. You may do a Rush orders (additional charges may apply).

Measure the exact size of the space and give us the size you want (frame included) the frame mirror to be.. We will make the outside dimension (including frame) to be the same size requested. Everything is customized to your specific size ordered for the space!

There are limitations to frame & mirrors sizes, but please call or email us before ordering. If shipped outside of the Dallas/ft. Worth area, it will be shipped it by freight.

It's is almost always better to order in bulk. Since we are a wholesaler, our prices are very competitive on bulk orders. This saves you on price of the mirrors and shipping charges.

Customers can buy our frames (moulding) in length. We usually sell our frames in box quantity if requested. The box quantities for each frame style is different. Just email/fax or call us regarding quantity for each style of frame.

Shipping: Customer is responsible for freight charges. If customer prefers a carrier besides the one normally used, please contact your preferred carrier and arrange for the pick-up.
Will Call: If you plan to pick up merchandise at one of our warehouses, please indicate the time you will pick up, to avoid any waiting. A minimum of 3-5 hours advance notice for
will-call is required.

Carrier Damaged Shipments: The freight needs to be inspected at the time of delivery. If there is any damage or breakage, the shipment should be refused, or a thorough description of the damage should be noted before giving it back to the driver. We will assist you with the documentation to make your claim easier, but we cannot handle the claim.

Defective Merchandise: Hold for inspection by our sales representative. We will issue a credit upon inspection. A replacement will be sent, via common carrier, at No Charge.

Mirrors and frames purchased from Mirror Upgrade is covered against manufacturer’s defects.

The warranty period for frame/mirror is up to 12 months from the purchase date.

Our warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product.

If Mirror Upgrade frames/mirrors are determined to be defective due to a manufacturers defect, we will supply a replacement product. The warranty is limited to replacement of the frame/mirror.

Mirror Upgrade warranty does not cover improper installation of the frame, harsh or abrasive cleaning products or excessive moisture coming into contact with a frame/mirror. Also the warranty does not include labor to install, repair, deliver, or to remove the existing frame/mirror.

To obtain warranty service, purchaser has to contact Mirror Upgrade to determine the problem. Mirror Upgrade reserves the right to inspect any claim before issuing credit.
