- Shipments & Pick-ups of our mouldings are processed through our Carrollton, Texas location. These frames are for custom frame mirrors. These frames can be purchased in length. If you need to purchase by length and not mitrered, please call our office toll free at 1-888-731-7686 or email us at info@mirrorupgrade.com. Length mouldings are sold in box quantities.
- Large and oversized orders may be shipped via freight. Let us know if that is an issue.
- All orders will be shipped by UPS or freight shipping. We do not ship to PO Box.
- We normally ship within 1-3 business days of receiving the order.
- Oversized frames or components and large quantity orders may require additional processing time.
- Our shipping carrier has a minimum S&H charge, so ordering in bulk will reduce the per item shipping cost.
- We do not ship out of the USA.
- Damaged shipment: Please DO NOT accept the shipment if there is any damage on the box.
- Quantity Orders
When goods are being delivered by a freight carrier, the freight needs to be inspected for damage at the time of delivery. If there is any damage or breakage, the shipment should be refused, or a thorough description of the damage needs to be clearly noted on the bill of lading before giving it back to the driver. The receiver must immediately forward a copy of this bill of lading to Mirror Upgrade . If freight damaged goods are received without following these procedures, Mirror Upgrade will be unable to file a freight claim and issue credit to its customers. - Care Instructions
Frames should be cleaned with soft towel cloth. If water is splashed on the frame, just wipe it off with clean cloth. DO NOT let water sit. Also, DO NOT use glass cleaner that contains ammonia or any kind of harsh chemicals on the frame.
