Return Policy

RAME KITS/CUSTOM FRAMES/MIRRORS
All purchases of customer orders once processed are final and
not returnable.

LENGTH/BOX ORDERS
There will be a 25% restocking charge, plus the return shipping charges. No
returns allowed after 7 days.

CANCELED ORDERS
There is a 15% restocking charge if the order has already been pulled. Once a stick
has been cut, it will be billed for the full amount. There will be no credit return.

SAMPLES OF FRAMES:
Chips – There is no charge for samples or any shipping charge. Corners - You pay ONLY shipping and
handling charges.
